These handouts are over 1000 health topics from Barton Schmitt’s Pediatric Advisor, the country’s best known source of information for parents.  Information is available for topic areas such as illnesses, development, child-rearing and health-care services.  We ask that you take time prior to your child’s scheduled well visit to review the sections under “development” and “well child visits” for your child’s age.  This will allow you to see how your child compares to others his/her age and let you identify, ahead of time, any areas of concern that can be discussed in detail at your visit.  As always, if you have concerns about you child that you feel will require more through discussion during a regular appointment, please let our staff know this when you schedule your appointment so more time can be given to provide your child the attention they both need and deserve.
